FAA laws ban the use of smoking devices on planes. The FDA are trying to ban the use of e-cigarettes in the states. They are controversial and the FAA laws don't give exceptions to the no smoking rules.

That's kind of ridiculous. Since only water vapor is exhaled it should be perfectly legal!

Another terrible decision made by the FAA
